Step 1: Quote & Planning
Once your drawings are passed, we provide a clear, competitively priced quote. On approval, we lock in your start date and answer any technical questions before work begins.
Step 2: External Build (Weeks 1–3)
For the first phase, we do not require internal access to your home. All work, materials, and scaffolding are managed entirely from the outside through the roof space.
Step 3: Staircase & Internal Access
Once the new roof structure is fully built and weather-proof, we gain internal access to cut out and install your bespoke staircase with minimal disruption.
Step 4: Fit-Out & Completion
We handle all internal plastering, plumbing, electrics, and finishing touches, leaving you with a beautifully completed room ready to enjoy.
